Michalek Plumbing opened in July 2018 with a simple mission: provide honest, expert plumbing services with the kind of personal attention that’s become rare in today’s world. We’re not the biggest plumbing company in Central Texas, but we’re proud of the relationships we’ve built with customers who trust us year after year.
When our website was compromised in 2024, we lost years of content and had to start over. In many ways, that challenge reinforced what we’ve always known—what matters most isn’t flashy marketing, it’s the quality of our work and the way we treat people. We rebuilt from scratch, and we’re still here doing what we do best: solving plumbing problems with skill and integrity.
When you call Michalek Plumbing, you’ll speak directly with Krystl, who handles scheduling and customer service. There’s no phone tree, no offshore call center, and no automated system that can’t answer your questions. After we talk, we’ll schedule a time for Thomas, our RMP-licensed plumber, to assess your needs and provide straightforward answers. Thomas Michalek holds Responsible Master Plumber license #42262 and has specialized training in areas many plumbers can’t handle. Our backflow prevention license allows us to test and certify devices for residential and commercial properties—something cities often require annually. Our expertise in under slab repair using tunneling methods sets us apart because we can fix foundation-level leaks without compromising your home’s structural integrity.
